I started selling luxury properties in 1978 and I learned the business from my mentor Florian Moore who was a real estate icon in the 80's and 90's. I remember the first Million Dollar home sale on Broadway's Gold Coast. That was a milestone.
In 1994 I co founded Ritchie Hallanan Real Estate and we developed that brokerage into an office of 30 sales people in San Francisco and a satellite office in St. Helena, Ca. We sold the first $10 Million Dollar home in San Francisco in early 2000. We sold the company to Alain Pinell Realtors in April of 2007.
In 2009 I co founded Laurel Village Realtors located on the second floor in Laurel Village. We are a boutique firm specializing in residential homes, condominiums, and residential development.
